Ingredients: SPREAD 2 c. Shredded Parmesan 2 c. Ranch Dressing 1/2 c. Chopped Garlic
CRUMB TOPPING 2 c. Panko Breadcrumbs 4 Tbsp. Garlic Powder 1 1/2 c. Shredded Parmesan 1/2 c. of Melted Butter DASH of Salt and Pepper
Instructions: When the steak is cooked to temperature, cover with the spread and sprinkle the crumb mixture on top. Then place it under a broiler to toast.
Note: This recipe makes enough for about 12 steaks.
