Perhaps one of the most exciting and world-renowned destinations in Lehigh Valley is Valley Preferred Cycling Center. Located in the Trexlertown/Breinigsville area, the Valley Preferred Cycling Center has been introducing the freedom and empowerment of life on two wheels to people of all ages for 48 years. Summer Bike Camps, some of which are free for kids and adults, have exposed thousands of riders to the joy of cycling, with some going on to win National, World, and Olympic medals. The VPCC also hosts the most successful series of professional bike racing in the world, Friday Nights Under the Lights, on Friday nights during the summer.

Community Programs
Programs running all summer 2024

Take advantage of community programs aimed at getting kids and adults of any age riding bikes in a fun, social setting guided by professional instructors. From learning to ride without training wheels and creating safe, confident, and competent bike riders, to learning how to ride a fixed-gear bike on the velodrome and classes just for women, there is something for everyone.
Programs include Weeble Wobbles and Pee Wee Pedalers for kids ages 4 and up, Bicycle Racing League, and The Experience, a three-week summer camp for kids to play with bikes, learn new skills, and make new friends under the guidance of professional instructors.
