1 c. Butter 1 ½ c. Powdered Sugar 1 Tbsp. Water 1 tsp. Vanilla 2 ¼ c. Flour, sifted ¾ c. Pecans, toasted and roughly chopped


Cream butter and ½ cup of sugar. Add water and vanilla, combine. Add the flour and nuts. Roll into balls, place on and ungreased sheet tray, and bake in a 400° oven until golden. Right out of the oven roll the cookies in powdered sugar, then allow to cool. When the cookies are cooled roll them again in powdered sugar.
