Ingredients:

1 c. Sugar 2 sticks Butter, softened 1 Egg, separated 2 c. Flour 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Directions: Cream together sugar, butter and egg yolk. Add the flour and cinnamon, mix well. Roll a teaspoon of dough into a small ball and place on a cookie sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a glass or cup, that has been dipped in flour. Brush the cookie with egg white. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until golden.
