Looking for an interesting festival for your group to attend? Why not check out the 29th Annual Blueberry Festival? Enjoy a weekend full of activities, live entertainment, and food sure to please everyone in your group. The festival runs Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20 at Burnside Plantation in Historic Bethlehem. The festival is open from 11a.m. to 7 p.m. on both days.
Admission to the event is $8 for adults ($10 for both days), $7 for seniors ($9 for both days) and $4 for youths aged 6 through 16 ($5 for both days).
Visitors can enjoy a variety of blueberry-themed treats. Expect to see plenty of blueberry pie, blueberry strudel, blueberry crumb cake, obviously fresh blueberries, and so much more. Look for the blueberry pie eating contest that takes place on both days and is sure to be a hit with your group. Guides dressed in period clothing will be available for tours of the plantation, including the house, barns, garden and kitchen. Crafters and demonstrators will be set up with their unique gifts and keepsakes.
