Ingredients:
- 12 oz. IQF cranberries
- .5 qt. water
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- .5 apple – peeled and grated
Yield: .5 quart
Method:
- Place water, cranberries and grated apples in stock pot.
- Cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Strain through a sieve and place back on heat.
- Add sugar and orange juice and cook on medium heat until it becomes a smooth sticky glaze…this could take about an hour.
- *refrigerate for 24 hours prior to use
