Back to Page Butterball Cookies November 30, 2015 by Discover Lehigh Valley Ingredients: 1/2 lb. lightly salted Butter 1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar 2 c. Flour 1 tsp. Vanilla Directions: Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Roll into balls the size of marbles. Dip in granulated sugar.
