View Twinkling Holiday Light Displays in Lehigh Valley
Round up the family and head to Lehigh Valley to see a variety of holiday light displays. Grab your hot cocoa and scarves and check out these holiday favorites. Who knows- you might even spot Santa for a photo opportunity!
When the weather gets chilly, the Lehigh Valley Zoo transforms into a winter wonderland. Back for a second year, Winter Lights Spectacular features tree-lined paths lit by thousands of twinkling lights and animated displays. As you walk through the grounds, you’ll enjoy holiday music, family-friendly activities, hot cocoa, and other festive food and beverages. Winter Lights Spectacular is open Wednesdays – Sundays, November 14 through January 3, excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
Join Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites for their Bethlehem by Night Bus Tour. Hop on for a ride as you tour lights along both the north and south sides, plus a visit to the iconic Bethlehem star at the top of South Mountain. Tours are available November 27 through December 27, excluding November 29.
Allentown’s Lights in the Parkway is closed for 2015, but you can still catch your favorite light displays. This year, Allentown Lights takes over with displays throughout the city at no cost. Locations of holiday light displays include Hamilton Street, between 10th and Sixth Streets, the Arts Park, Arts Walk, Cedar Beach Park and Andre Reed Park. Displays will be lit from November 28 through December 31.
And, don’t miss Koziar’s Christmas Village. Located in Bernville, this holiday favorite is filled with over a million Christmas lights covering buildings, barns and all sorts of holiday landscapes adjacent to a beautiful lake reflecting the stunning lights. The Koziar family has been adding new features to this outdoor wonderland for 68 years. Koziar’s Christmas Village is open November 7 through January 2.
