Second Annual Victory BrewGrass Fest Confirmed for September 20, 2014 at Valley Preferred Cycling Center
TREXLERTOWN, Pa.- Valley Preferred Cycling Center is proud to announce the return of the Victory BrewGrass Fest presented by Service Electric and the Mountain Folk Show. The festival, featuring ten hours of live music, from ten bands on two stages, will make its highly anticipated return onSeptember 20, 2014 at the world-class facility.
Fans and musicians in attendance at the first annual BrewGrass Fest in September marveled at the cleanliness of the facility, and the setting it provided for a concert.
Organizers set the date for the second Victory BrewGrass Fest Tuesday at Valley Preferred Cycling Center, and believe the second year of the festival will bring bigger and better things. In fact, many of the performers who played the first fest have seen great success as a result of their attendance.
Crowds danced and sang late into the night, in pouring rain at this year’s BrewGrass Fest, and bands from across the nation traveled to T-Town to be a part of the beginning of this yearly event. “People from all over the area, and all over the country got a glimpse of what this facility can offer,” said Valley Preferred Cycling Center Executive Director and Olympic Gold Medalist Marty Nothstein. “Our venue offers a unique experience to both music and cycling fans; it’s clean, welcoming, and perfect for this type of event.”
Event organizers are excited for the prospects of the festival going forward. “The day after our event, the huge annual convention for the International Bluegrass Music Association began and word had already spread like wildfire that we are a musician-friendly venue with terrific amenities,” said Dave Kline, co-promoter and host of the Mountain Folk Show. “As the years roll forward we expect that our investment in quality right from the start will result in high-quality acts wanting to entertain at our fest and audience members responding by making our festival a must-attend event on their annual calendar.”
“There is a spirited anticipation for next year’s Festival already. As a co-promoter of the event it is gratifying to have had a hand in making wonderful memories for those who attended and will attend in future years,” added Chuck Domino, co-promoter of the Victory BrewGrass Fest, and Minor League Baseball pioneer.
The anticipation for next year was certainly high in the days following the first annual Victory BrewGrass Fest, and that excitement is expected to grow in the months leading up to the second edition of the concert.
