BETHLEHEM, PA— ArtsQuest and Olympus Imaging America are pleased to announce the winners of the 2012 Olympus InVision Photo Festival competitions and exhibits. The two competitions and accompanying exhibits, the InVision College Photography Contest and the Pennsylvania Photographers Competition, are on display at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem through mid-January.

The winners of the 2012 InVision College Photography Contest, which highlights the work of students from various universities throughout the Northeast, are:

First Place ($1,500 prize)
Stephen Schein of Kutztown University
“Dan R. Talley”

Second Place ($1,000)
E’lana Lemon of Lehigh University
“Derailed and Waiting”

Third Place ($500)
Nina Pollock-Antos of Kutztown University
“Untitled 3”

Honorable Mentions were presented to Emilie Breaux Haaf of Kutztown University and Colleen Fitzgerald of Parson’s: The New School for Design.

Also taking place during InVision was the first-annual Pennsylvania Photographers Competition, which showcases the work of talented photographers living and working in the Commonwealth. As part of the competition and exhibit, the Allentown Art Museum, Lehigh University Art Galleries and James A. Michener Art Museum each purchased one print to include in their permanent collections. The three photographers whose works were chosen for these collections are:
