Oktoberfest Resumes Tomorrow, Oct. 7 at SteelStacks
Oktoberfest at SteelStacks continues rain or shine with its second weekend of nonstop entertainment including new programming additions like the Hasselhoff-Off, ice sculpting competition and more.
New activities and attractions include:
The Hasselhoff-Off – Oct. 7, 8-10 p.m.
During this fun-filled event, competitors do their best David Hasselhoff impersonation as they perform German karaoke, do a slow-motion beach rescue, talk to a car and more.
German Shepherd & Dog Agility Demos – Oct. 8, 1-4 p.m.
Join Cole’s K-9 Center for dog agility races. Plus, attendees can bring their own dogs to try the course for a $10 donation to Dog TAGS, a local nonprofit that pairs service dogs with veterans.
Oktoberfest Ice Carving Competition – Oct. 8, 6-9 p.m.
Watch as ice carvers compete in an elimination-style event, presented by Sculpted Ice Works, to create Oktoberfest themed sculptures using chainsaws, picks and blowtorches.
Four Themed Biergartens
Led by a dynamic selection of beers from D.G. Yuengling & Son at two different locations. Themes include the “Tour of Europe Biergarten,” featuring seven European beers from six countries, and the “Sam Adams & Weyerbacher Craft Biergarten.”

The Brewers’ Village (admission ticket required)
The Oktoberfest Brewers’ Village presented by the Brewers of Pennsylvania is back, with the state’s craft breweries serving up everything from German-style marzens to autumn-inspired pumpkin ales.
Oktoberfest Dachshund Races – Oct. 9, 3 p.m.
The annual running of the wiener dogs is back! Watch as dachshunds face off on an exhilarating 50-foot dash. With more than 100 dogs participating this year, this is a crowd favorite you can’t miss.
