Musikfest_Poster_2014Jubilant crowds, jammin’ performers and the iconic Bethlehem landmarks of historic Main Street and the former Bethlehem Steel blast furnaces highlight the Musikfest 2014 poster unveiled today by ArtsQuest. The work of art, created by ArtsQuest Graphic Designer David Blank, will go on sale Dec. 3 for $9.99; it will be available at and the Stacks Shop at the ArtsQuest Center, 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem.

A digital painting rich with sweeping orange and purple hues, the Musikfest 2014 poster features audiences enjoying Musikfest concerts in Bethlehem’s Historic District and the SteelStacks campus on the city’s SouthSide.

“The 2014 poster is designed to highlight the nonstop musical celebration at Musikfest, which begins during the day and goes well into the evening,” says ArtsQuest Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations Curt Mosel.  “The diverse mix of music and styles offered during the 10 days of the festival is one of the primary reasons the event draws guests from across the country to Bethlehem each year.

“One of the things that makes Musikfest unique is the many different elements that come together to make the festival so successful each year including the musicians, artists, vendors, volunteers, sponsors and, of course, our patrons. Incorporating landmarks such as Main Street and the blast furnaces into this work of art will hopefully remind everyone of the music and magic that make the festival so special to so many people.”

The Musikfest poster artwork will also be incorporated into a variety of Musikfest merchandise including the Musikfest 2014 mug, program book and more. For more information on the festival, please visit
