The Farm to Table Wine Dinner initiates the first of the Hotel’s three wine dinners for the autumn season.  Dinner will consist of five courses inspired by the fresh produce at Liberty Gardens, complimented by fine wines carefully selected by our wine expert.  Executive Chef David Troxell has created a menu that is sure to tantalize your taste buds.  He will be at hand to explain each course as it is revealed.  Squash blossoms stuffed with local goat cheese, heirloom tomato terrine and Cornish game hen are just a sneak peak of what will be in store for the evening.  A delectable dessert by the hotel’s pastry chef Cassandra Tripaldi will round out the evening.  The Hotel’s wine expert will provide insight on the wines that evening and explain the pairing with each course.  Liberty Gardens of Coopersburg, PA, providing the highest quality of vegetables, herbs, and fruits for restaurants, is owned by Jeffrey Frank and Kristin Illick.  Jeff will be in attendance that evening to discuss the farm’s growing methods and plant varieties.
