LEHIGH VALLEY, PENNSYLVANIA. – Rodizio Grill will be celebrating the annual Brazilian festival, Carnaval, this coming Friday and Saturday with live Brazilian music and featured menu items. Carnaval, is the most famous festival in Brazil and is annually celebrated the weekend before Ash Wednesday.
“Manager Pedro Cardozo is cooking up a special celebration at the Brazilian steakhouse in Allentown for the Carnival holiday starting Feb. 28. The festivities in Brazil include ‘lots of drinking, lots of fun, lots of cooking and lots of churrasco,’ which roughly translates to family grilling. Rodizio will feature much of the same,” writes Sarah Peters of The Express-Times.
Rodizio Grill will be featuring two special menu items, Gaucho Wings and Coconut Island Fish, to be served as a la carte options from the bar menu. Additionally, the infamous Rodizio Sangria and Caipirinha, Brazil’s national cocktail, are being served as the featured drinks of the week.
