Downtown Easton Gift Card Program Adds Additional Businesses

Easton Main Street Initiative (EMSI) announced today that six new businesses have signed on to accept the Downtown Easton Gift Card. A full list of participating businesses is available on the EMSI website at: or on the Downtown Easton smartphone app.

New businesses that now accept the gift card are: Blue Sky at the State Café & Grill, at 14-16 South Fifth Street; Dreyus Kids Boutique, at 22 North Third Street; Grandma’s Back Porch, at 13 South Bank Street; Greenmouth Juice Café, at 526 Northampton Street; j.morgan salon & home, at 252 Spring Garden Street; and Skinterest Skin Care Boutique, at 11 North Third Street.

Launched in late September 2013, the Downtown Easton Gift Card program has seen great success. Since the inception of the program, more than 800 cards have been sold and the amount of cards funded to-date has reached $32,500. This program has been a welcome addition to the downtown and well received by businesses and consumers alike.

“The success of the  Downtown Easton Gift Card in its inaugural  year has shown that the community shares in our vision to spend dollars locally. Not only have consumers embraced giving the gift of Downtown Easton, the program has shown that there are many opportunities to enjoy our multitude of businesses,” said manager of the Easton Main Street Initiative, Kim Kmetz.

Customers can purchase the Gift Card for any denomination from $5 to $500. Currently, participating businesses include restaurants, retail, salons and service businesses. Additionally, the Gift Card can be used in the credit card parking meters located in Downtown Easton. Gift Cards are available for purchase at the Easton Main Street Initiative office (35 South Third Street), the Sigal Museum (342 Northampton Street) and online at There is a $2 per card activation fee that is paid at the time of purchase.
