Audience interaction is a huge component of each performance, with guests picking the challenges by spinning the digital challenge wheel and assisting in various aspects of the show, including serving as Sous Chefs and assistants.
From 6-7 p.m. that evening, Chef Irvine is also offering an Exclusive VIP Kitchen Demonstration for up to 100 people. The highly-interactive experience, which features tickets to seats in front of the stage, includes the opportunity for guests to sample Irvine’s special dish or creation that evening.
