Lehigh Valley, PA– The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA) has just announced an exciting “ABE Halloween Fright Flight” promotion!

Inaugural service to Punta Gorda/Ft. Myers begins on October 31st.  What better way to celebrate than by offering FREE flights and hotel accommodations to the new destination! Beginning at 3PM on October 31st, LVIA will host a Halloween bash on level two of the main terminal.  Treats, games and 99.9 The Hawk will be on hand from 3-6 to help us celebrate this exciting event!

To enter the contest, come to LVIA dressed in costume.  All contestants dressed in appropriate costumes will have the opportunity to enter to win a round trip flight for two, plus hotel accommodations to the Wyvern Hotel in Punta Gorda, compliments of LVIA, Allegiant Air and The Wyvern Hotel.  Here’s the kicker: Contestants must come with their bags packed, ready to leave on that first flight out of LVIA! One winner and their guest will be selected at 5PM, checked into the flight, and on their way to sun and fun in the sunshine state!

Other prizes include:

  • Two lucky winners will EACH win a one night stay at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City!  Good for Overnight Accommodations (1 night), must be 21 or older, valid Sunday thru Thursday and based on availability.  Prize must be redeemed by 12/21/13.  This prize is not redeemable for cash and winners much mention the prize letter when making reservations.
  • Tickets to the Sands Bethlehem Event Center
  • Tickets to Artsquest Café
  • Tickets to the cinema at Artsquest for Rocky Horror Picture Show

Please note: one entry per costumed-contestant.  No pets/animals please. Both contestants and their guest must be 18 years old to enter with valid government-issues IDs.

The new flights will operate twice weekly between Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) and Punta Gorda Airport (PGD). Flights are scheduled Thursdays and Sundays, making this destination a great weekend getaway.

Allegiant’s first flight at ABE was on December 16, 2005 to Orlando/Sanford International Airport (SFB). Along with destinations to Orlando/Sanford and St. Petersburg – Clearwater/Tampa, Allegiant also offers seasonal service to Myrtle Beach. Allegiant operates with the MD80 (166 seats), and late fall, will begin operating with an Airbus 320 (177 seats).
