In order to accommodate our media guests, we ask that requests for press trips be submitted via e-mail a minimum of two weeks prior to the intended arrival date. A letter of assignment from an editor may be requested by Discover Lehigh Valley and will need to be provided by fax or e-mail at least one week prior to the visit. Writing samples may also be requested. Discover Lehigh Valley does not provide complimentary airfare or ground transportation to media guests.
