Leaky Gut – What is it and How Food Helps or Hurts with Tammy Westney
This class will look at foods that can be irritating to the digestive tract, and how these foods can lead to the development of “leaky gut,” or digestive permeability. We’ll also look at foods that heal a leaky gut. We’ll make a healing bone broth based soup, an easy fermented sauerkraut, and a gluten-free banana bread. Please bring containers for leftovers.
