LCCC Observes National Disability Employment Awareness Month with Panel Discussion

Lehigh Carbon Community College’s (LCCC) Diversity Committee, representatives from Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and other employment experts will hold a panel event to discuss the topic of employment for persons with disabilities. The event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 6, from 10 to 11:15 a.m., in the Alumni Center (AC) Rooms 107/108, at the college’s main campus in Schnecksville, Pa.

The panel of employers will provide feedback to a series of questions, with time for individual follow-up questions. Panelists include:

Amy Beck, Executive Director Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living
Dolly Singley, Support Specialist for Cedar Crest College
Susan Storm, District Administrator, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Allentown
Richard Walters, Eastern Regional Manager, Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation Services
