Global Vegetarian Cuisine with the Cooking Collaborative
Chef Deanna Bossert, of The Cooking Collaborative is visiting here home town of Easton!
Join Chef Deanna for her first visit to the Easton Public Market Kitchen to teach a class on global vegetarian cuisine. Learn how to create flavors from the Middle East, Serbia using local ingredients from the Easton Market District. Students will learn how to prepare three different recipes and enjoy taste tasting each dish.
Globally Inspired Vegetarian Menu
Ajvar & Eggs (Classical Macedonian / Serbian dish made up of roasted red bell peppers & eggplant topped with a fried egg, lemon zest, oregano, chives, feta & pinenuts, served with garlic crostini.
Sweet Potato Hash & Smoked Tahini Sauce
Frisee (or other seasonal green) & Arugula Salad w/ Fig Vinaigrette (Combined with shaved pear, figs, feta, & radishes)
