An introductory beer and welcoming to our first ever Beer Tasting Dinner.
Spicy Tomato Basil Bisque with a Grilled Cheese Dipper – Line St Pilsner
A creamy, slightly spicy soup made perfectly with fresh tomato and basil. Served with a unique, crispy grilled cheese dipper.
Arugula Salad – Last Chance IPA
Feta, pickled red onions and cucumbers, all over a bed of arugula. Drizzled with House made seasonsed Dijon Vinaigrette.
Butter Poached Scallops and Shrimp – Merry Monks
Shrimp and Scallops poached in butter to perfection. Served with mushroom risotto and grilled asparagus. Drizzled with a Brown Butter Sauce.
Rustic Apple Tarte
Sliced apples baked with cinnamon in a flakey tarte crust. Served with an Imperial Pumpkin Beer Cream Sauce Reduction.
