The 6th Annual Emmaus Arts Commission SnowBlast Winter Festival will take place throughout Emmaus, February 3 from 5pm to 9pm and February 4 from 10am to 2 pm. February is the perfect time to bundle up and head to Emmaus to have a blast … a SnowBlast! The festival schedule is packed with free, community-wide events.

Activities include many favorites such as the Friday night kick-off at Emmaus Triangle Park with an appearance by the SnowBlast Ice Princess, Sculpted Ice demonstrations and the popular SnowBlast Ice Bar sponsored by Emmaus Main Street Partners. A newer addition includes the SnowBlast Winter Festival Art Show and Sale at the Clock Building (328 Main Street) featuring jazz music and a special performance by the Emmaus High School Fermata Nowhere acapella group. Attendees will have a hands-on craft experience with Cedar Crest College art students and the C.R.E.A.T.E. Book Cart (Community Related Experiences in Art Through Engagement). Saturday continues with the Emmaus Arts Commission first-ever Community Art project to be held at the Clock Building. Come help us create large canvas panels with a winter theme!) EAC activities also held at Emmaus Public Library include story time and crafts, plus “Draw Along with Bob McLeod” for school age and young adults — where kids receive “follow-the-leader” style art instruction.
