Second Course- 6 Finger Saison
Shredded Kale and cabbage salad with BaD Farm herbed Cheese curds
Third Course- Banker’s Brown Ale
Dundore and Heister Skirt Steak topped with a Fried Egg, Broiled Tomato, and bread crumbs served with a side of red skinned potatoes in a Garlic Aioli.
Fourth Course- Pine St. Blonde
Peach Dumplings with Honey served with a Galagal spiced Milk over ice
