7th Annual Whisky Festival
Allentown, PA September 29, 2016 – Fegley’s Brew Works, an environmentally conscious award-winning brewery and restaurant serving craft microbrews, recently announced their 7th annual Whisky Festival. The event will take place on October 15th, 2016 from 5pm to 8pm and will feature a vast selection of the finest whiskies, Scotch and bourbons and food sampling stations of traditional Southern comfort food.
“This year, we’re proud to announce the addition of live music and a revamped food buffet including whiskey glazed beer battered shrimp, Irish whiskey cheddar mac N cheese, and grilled chicken with whiskey peach buerre blanc,” said Jackie Svrcek, Banquet Sales and Catering Director at Fegley’s Brew Works. “Along with Irish whiskies, American whiskies and bourbons, we’ll be serving select moonshines and Japanese whiskies as well.”
Attendees can also enjoy craft beers from the 2016 featured breweries including Fegley’s Brew Works, Neshaminy Creek, Colony Meadery, Weyerbacher, Two Rivers Brewing and more to be announced. There are over 27 featured whiskies, bourbons and spirits to sample at the festival.
“We’re excited to be able to bring all of these fantastic drinks and fresh menu items together for our largest Whisky Festival yet,” said Jackie Svrcek.
