The Purple Cow Creamery is a family-owned and operated business in Easton, Pennsylvania. Our ice cream is made fresh on the premises and brought to our dipping cases daily. We feature 48 different ice creams, sorbets, and Italian ices along with an assortment of soft ice cream.

Open since 1998, the Purple Cow Creamery is located in historic downtown Easton in the Bank Street South Courtyard. We are nestled in a building that dates back to the early 1800′s and has been beautifully renovated using a rainbow of Crayola colors.
